Canadian undergraduate Policy Competition
The Canadian Undergraduate Policy Competition (CUPC) is proud to announce that the third iteration of its competition will be held from November 22nd-24th, 2024. Jointly hosted by UBC’s Political Science Students’ Association (PSSA) and International Relations Students Association (IRSA), CUPC is a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in writing for government, collaborating as a team, and problem-solving. Students will be provided with mentor support and expert lectures throughout the competition. CUPC will challenge, engage, and excite all who participate.
At the end of the competition, a panel of expert judges will evaluate the Briefs. The team with the winning Brief will be awarded a monetary prize, as well as a chance to be published in UBC’s Journal of International Affairs!
